Good Morning everyone!

We are so proud to announce that as the Subcouncil: Residences 2020, we have been able to help 265 students to a payout value of over R120k.

We have also managed to assist 29 different residences at the University of Pretoria, at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

This has been a great accomplishment thus far, but are hoping to take it even further. Our goal is to help 500 students.

We are asking for any donation from anyone who finds that they have the means. We have come far on our own but are are quickly running out of our available pledged funds. We are asking for any contribution to aid us in reaching our goal and making the lives of our most at risk students that tiny bit easier during online learning.

Little by little, a little becomes a lot.

To those who have already made contributions as well as the management teams who have been there each step of the way, thank you. You have shown that TuksRes is truly a community to be proud of.

We are so excited to share that from our first round of payments we were able to assist just over 94 students and make their lives even slightly easier.

These students have been notified via WhatsApp that they are receiving aid.

If you have applied and not received a notification, please note that it does not mean you will never receive aid. We are making payments in batches.
