stay focused. From a young age children are affected by the way the brain perceives and interprets the environment through the child's senses. Limited exposure to a variety of visuals, sounds, movements, scents and feelings (touch) may result in the child not achieving optimum performance. The Kids Academy for Systemic Inter-telligence* (KASI) is an Academy that created a system which aims to equip carers with the skills and knowledge needed to help with the sensory intergration** of children up to the age of 3.
*Systemic Inter-telligence: The dynamic ability of an individual to acquire and apply knowledge and skills as it relates to experiences through the transmission of sensations of the physical senses with relevant incorporation.
** Sensory Integration: The incorporation and interplay of all the all senses on an individual.
