HAPPENING TODAY
Lekgotla La Batho MaAfrorika webinar.
The webinar aims to engage experts and custodians of rural-based community media entities on digital integration and new media operationalisation in their industry. This event is part of the engaged scholarship project called Lekgotla La Batho MaAforika, which aims to revitalise the community media entities. Over the years, this sector has faced a range of challenges, including social sustainability, financial sustainability, and corporate governance issues. Thus, these challenges dwarf the development and sustainability of this sector in the South African context.
