The first months of your baby’s life are filled with incredible growth. Our Baby Hydrotherapy programme is designed to support that journey through purposeful movement in warm water.

With a qualified instructor in the water every session, we focus on:

✨ Head control and strength
✨ Safe water confidence
✨ Neck ring floatation which has it’s own benefits

Every activity has a purpose—helping your little one build confidence, coordination and developmental skills in a calm, nurturing environment.

🌊 Our Baby Hydrotherapy programme also builds the perfect foundation for our Baby Swimming lessons from 6 months of age, making the transition into swimming fun, familiar and confidence-filled.

Winter swimming lessons are so important for keeping children confident, strong, and progressing in the water all year round. Taking a long break during winter can often mean losing confidence and skills that were built up during summer.

Our indoor heated pool keeps lessons comfortable, fun, and safe — and swimming during winter also helps children maintain routine, fitness, and water safety skills.
