Draping can transform any room, garage or hall into a
spectacular environment.

Join us on a wedding & event draping practical course.
We will cover the following:-
Measuring the space
Chair draping
Main table draping
Backdrops
Gazebo / Arch draping
Calculation of fabric and costing
Draping toolbox

This training course is quite practical and no prior training is required. Students will receive a supplier information and a certificate of completion. This course is a 4 week course part-time on a Sunday from 12 to 4 or a weekday from 6pm to 9pm. Refreshments will be served. The course cost is R4 550.

TABLE DECOR & STYLING
A table setting includes crockery (Dinner Plates/Side Plates/Bowls) cutlery (knives, forks, dessert spoons) and Glassware (Champagne Flutes, wine glasses & drinking glasses) displayed on the table. It also includes Décor such as centre pieces/flowers and which are the focal point on the table and this includes table linen such as tablecloths, napkins and table runners or mirrors, candles, greenery, vases etc. It also includes stationery such as place cards, table no’s or names and menus and gifts. This training course is quite practical and no prior training is required. Students will receive a table theme to work with and notes. Supplier list and a certificate of completion. This course is a 1 day course from 9am to 4pm. Refreshments will be served. The course cost is R1550.

The Event & Wedding Stylist course is focused on practical skills and covers and includes the following:-
* The Event & Wedding planner profession
* Protocol needed in the Industry
* Different types of events and how to style them
* Working with Suppliers
* Marketing your business (Social Media)
* How to charge for your services
* Table decor and styling
*Floral artistry
* Draping etc.
This training course is quite practical and no prior training is required. Students will receive a supplier information and a certificate of completion. This course is a 12 week course part-time on a weekday Evening from 6pm to 9pm. Refreshments will be served. The course cost is R5 500.

Working with Flowers
Working with flowers is a reality for a wedding / event stylist.
This is a practical workshop to reach the student about basic flower
arranging and the required tools needed and supplier information.
A few basic arrangements will be made during the workshop like a
bridal bouquet, a button hole, a main table arrangement and a centre arrangement as well as a few tips & tricks of the trade shared. This skills course is quite practical and no prior training is required.

Students will receive notes and a certificate of completion and supplier information.
This course is a 1 day workshop from 9am to 4pm. Refreshments
