May this year be filled with the same wonderful expereince that I had yesterday. The year started with a funfilled course we presented at Sutherland High school, giving teachers tools to approach teaching with new skills and a deeper understanding of the impact of stress on the brain. The new insight and knowledge was deeply appreciated by them. Thank you Bizskills for this oppotunity.

Emilise Rautenbach, founder and owner of Dare Training, has inspired leaders in Brazil, the Philippines, New Zealand, and South Africa, and has spoken at women’s conferences in Brazil, Jordan, Mozambique, and South Africa. She has also had the privilege of partnering with companies and conducting training sessions in the Philippines, the UAE, and South Africa.
With her master’s degree in Psychology and accreditation as an international coach, along with over 22 years of experience, she is dedicated to mentoring and coaching her colleagues within her company to ensure they deliver training, consulting, and coaching with the same excellence and expertise.

Still at Doha airport. Waiting for my flight back to South Africa. My heart is filled with gratefullness. I presented courses in Abu Dhabi and the deligates testified vibrantly that they have gained loads of knowledge and enjoyed every moment of these courses. With our practical tools for implementing every new concept shared, the delegates replied that they have a total new perception on team dynamics. What a pleasure to make such a huge impact.
