Now on to joining and edging. Guess who will be wearing a new poncho this weekend...

Veldt Fibres yarn from Charming Wool, pattern from Elle Yarns designed by Brenda Grobler. This is such a quick make. I am loving it!

I am making the squares simultaneously, colour by colour. Carrying the yarn caused severe tension issues, so I am sewing the ends away as I go.

I am using yarn from Veldt Fibres and a pattern from Elle Yarns.

Today, I am winding my yarn for the gorgeous chunky poncho!

I am using Veldt Fibres Morana Sock. It is a 2-ply fi*****ng weight yarn that I am going to hold double to meet guauge. If needed, I'll do an extra round or two on the squares to get them the correct size.

Fraai Crochet Spinner Workshop for Kids is coming up in the July holidays in Garsfontein, Pretoria East.

Kids will learn fun crochet skills while making their own trendy spinners, and each participant receives a discount voucher from Charming Wool!
