To maintain your dedicated status, all you need to do is enter your dated activities under the specific headings for purposes of our annual statistical analysis of our member's firearm-related participation profiles.

However, all activity entries MUST be accompanied by confirmation documents. Confirmation documents must contain a member's Initials and Surname, ID number, and the place and date of the activity.

Confirmation documents can be a receipt with the date of the activity on it, a letter from an accompanying friend stating that they vouch for the activity having been conducted on that specific day, or the date and name written on a practice target. Any confirmation of days indicated for the duration of a hunting trip will also be accepted.

Please note that confirmation documentation must be scanned in PDF format or presented in photographic format, with the date of the activity clearly visible on the photo or on a piece of paper in the photo subject. We ask this purely because we are there to assist. To help you maintain and receive your licences every-time without having any trouble with the SAPS having differences of opinions.

By following these guidelines and submitting your confirmation documents, you can maintain your dedicated status with Natshoot.
