Hey Amigos! Something a little different in flower in the garden at the moment, Tulbaghia acutiloba. Not as vibrante as T. violacea and almost identical in structure, this ‘Wild Garlic’ has pendulous, slightly sweetly scented flowers, almost matching the silvery grey leaf colour, except for orange umbels. El Don has found it to be a duro perennial in the garden whilst the narks say it is maybe deciduous and latente in winter. The en serio garlic scent is not lost and is believed to ward off serpientes and pests (good companion plant) whilst attracting butterflies, bees, pollilas and other pollinators.

Hola amigos. El Don is selling off most of his Agave collection. Most of the plantas (except for A. cupreata, A. horrida & Euphorbia geroldii) are 2 to 4 years old. All plantas are sourced from El Don’s own mother plants. Quantities do vary so contact the cartel for further information.
Also have over 4500 A. tequiliana (2 year olds), the true blue Agave from Tequila, Jalisco, Mexico to make the tequila.

Hey amigos, just some of the bonito unique and strange plants that are in the nursery and to be released soon.

The endangered perennial herbaceous/woody climber Mondia whitei, a magical African herb. Next is a yet to be officially described white flowering Schotia brachypetala from Sekhukhuneland discovered by prof Braam van Wyk. Then the very rare and unique pale lime/yellow/green flowering Erythrina caffra ‘Dedman’s Lime’ from the East London district. And finally the infamous scolding Carolina Reaper mega hot chilli.

Halo amigos! Some very attractive Columbian producto has arrived for the more adventurous clientes - Kohleria warszewiczii. The rhizomes need to stay moist, not boggy. Prefers well lit shade/dappled shade conditions. Flowers prolifically in the summer. Something special for the señoras but El Don has very limited stock at R40 each. Es muy bonita.

Hola amigos. Have something a little different to offer.

El Don have to remove the dead Agave tequilana mother plant before it took out the narc sitting outside the past few days. In doing so, a collection of suckers and root stock were excavated and some evidence was buried in its place.

So the deal is this. A 24 piece tequila starter pack (should be able to distill at least 50 litres from this) with producto weight of 8 kilos. Consists of 8 well rooted suckers, 4 not so good rooted suckers, and 12 quality root stocks for R1000 (neg).

Sí, amigos the very Agave from which true tequila is distilled.
