Before we see you back on the mat, here's your Kigai Challenge:

🟠 20 Sit-ups

🟠 A good stretch from head to toe

🟠 A few squats (your legs will thank you later 😉)

🟠 And don't forget your biggest smile—we've missed seeing everyone!

We can't wait to hear the "Oss!" echo through the dojo again, see familiar faces, and kick off another term of learning, growing, and training together.
