Congratulations to Owethu Mothebe u/11 learner from Laerskool President Pretorius who made the green squad. This learners is one of 11 learners out of 53 learners that reached the green squad in Potchefstroom.

A little bit more about the EBJ North West green squad:

It is the 0/11 district tournament, a group of boys was selected and they will then be part of a "green
training group" (green squad). The 0/12 Leopards coaches will handle the boys.
The current 0/12A and B Leopards team will also form part of the boys who will train further this year.
The 0/13 coaches will then deal with the specific boys. They are also part of the (green squad). As
every year an extra 0/12 C team is selected that played against the Lions and they will also then share and make up the green squad.

Laerskool President Pretorius participates at the Retlakgona/Super A Spelling Bee 2024 on the 1st of August 2024 at Potchefstroom.

The following Schools participated as well Promosa Primary, Potch Primary, Mohadin Primary, Bright beginnings. Boiterelo Primary , Thembalidinisi Primary ,Tshupane Primary and Laerskool President Pretorius.

Blessed and David participated on the 14th of August and Blessed Kakwata🥈 (second place) and David Motaza🥇 (first place) qualified for the next round and participated against other Schools in the JB Marks district (Ventersdorp) Schools they will be taking part on the 4th of September in Klerksdorp.
