Inspired by the magic of Roots in Wonderland, our chef students created a beautifully presented main course that combined bold flavours, refined techniques, and exceptional attention to detail. Every plate reflected hours of preparation, creativity, and passion.

Our hospitality students didn’t just serve guests, they became part of the experience. Taking on unique Wonderland-inspired characters, they helped create an immersive atmosphere that made our Chef’s Table truly unforgettable.

Our starter course welcomed guests into the magical world of Roots in Wonderland, where every plate was inspired by creativity, imagination, and attention to detail. Beautifully crafted by our chef students and elegantly served by our hospitality students, the first course set the scene for an unforgettable culinary journey.
