The young people of 1976 changed the course of our nation's history. Today, we honour their courage and remember the importance of investing in the next generation.

Every learner has a story, a purpose, and the potential to make a difference. We're grateful to play a small part in helping them grow into the leaders, innovators, and changemakers of tomorrow.

Please note that Redwood College will be closed on the 15th and 16th of June due to the public holiday on Tuesday.

There were plenty of smiles earlier this week as our Grade RR, R, and 1 learners enjoyed a fun day out!

Stories, smiles, ice cream, and milkshakes made for the perfect outing as our little learners enjoyed a visit to the library followed by a special treat at Spur. 🍦

Sometimes the best reminders are right at our fingertips!

Our Grade RR class learnt that whenever they look at their hands, they can remember that they are loved and cared for. Through "Force 5", each finger became a reminder of someone who is always with them. 👋

Making their own bowls, our Grade 2 and Grade 3 learners have been exploring creativity through Art using paper towels, newspaper, paint, and glue.

This hands-on project encouraged learners to think creatively, follow a process, and transform everyday materials into something unique. We are proud of the enthusiasm and imagination they brought to each creation.

Our learners continue to demonstrate that hard work pays off, both academically and in sport. Congratulations to all our learners who participated in Cross Country League 1 at De Wilge High School. Thank you for representing our school with excellent sportsmanship and dedication. 👏

Learning was on the move in Grade 1 as our learners explored the topic of Transport through their science project.

From land to air and sea, learners discovered different forms of transport while getting creative and building their own little cars. 🚗

Each year, North-West University students across various years of study complete their practical teaching experience at our school, gaining valuable classroom exposure and hands on learning.

It is a privilege to be part of their journey as aspiring teachers grow in confidence, develop their skills, and learn within a supportive school environment.
