We have a jam-packed program, with exciting workshops, interesting speakers and great networking opportunities for our delegates.

All conference activities will take in place at the beautiful North-West University’s campus in Potchefstroom.

Monday is devoted to the doctoral colloquium and professional development workshops.

Conference presentations and keynotes will take place over Tuesday and Wednesday.

A little more about our HRIC 2022 keynote speakers

Denise M. Rousseau, is a Professor Of Organizational Behavior And Public Policy at H.J. Heinz II University in Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania.

James Ramakau is an Experienced Senior HR and Talent Manager and has a PhD focused in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.

Jaap Paauwe is a Professor of Organization and Human Resource Management at the Tilburg University in the Netherlands

Anthony Nyberg is a Professor, Academic Director and Master of Human Resources at the University of South Carolina

The HR Division invites submissions for the fourth international conference of the HR Division, ‘Bridging the gap: Aligning human resource theory and practice.
