📚✨ LITERACY WEEK AT DIAZ PRIMARY ✨📚
7–10 September 2026

What an exciting week of stories, books and reading adventures at Diaz Primary!

Our teachers made reading and books the HEROES of the week, finding creative and special ways to inspire our learners to open a book, get lost in a story and discover the wonderful worlds that live between the pages.

And the fun continued in our Library, where learners took part in some exciting Book Hunts! 🔎 From searching for clues to discovering new stories, our learners had the chance to explore books in a whole new way.

Our Grade 7 learners had the wonderful opportunity to attend Altona Primary School’s Ladies of the Future event on 27 August 2026.

The afternoon was filled with inspiration, encouragement and meaningful moments, reminding our young ladies to believe in themselves, dream boldly and take ownership of their futures.

We are proud of our Grade 7 girls and look forward to seeing them grow into confident, courageous and purpose-driven young women.
