SIYAPHAMBILI was the first locally based HRD organization to provide AET and HRD programmes to industry in the Eastern Cape Province. SIYAPHAMBILI has developed the capacity, experience, knowledge and
expertise that provides effective programmes of delivery in the AET field in a wide range of organizations. The knowledge and experience that SIYAPHAMBILI has developed is based on 22 years of involvement with many organizations nationally. SIYAPHAMBILI focuses on the “shop floor-level” employees in an organization. It is SIYAPHAMBILI’s belief that greater investment in “shop floor” level people is the key to organizational success. The services offered by SIYAPHAMBILI are provided within a strategic HRD framework that ensures organizational as well as individual needs is met. The programmes include providing the basic educational requirements of employees as well as skills-based training that ensures that the competitive requirements of an organization are addressed. SIYAPHAMBILI provides a comprehensive AET programme, as well as other training services, using a range of different learning approaches (face-to-face, multi-media and distance learning). SIYAPHAMBILI has built up a significant reputation for providing quality adult education and training to industry, the community and the government nationally.
