🇿🇦 Bokke Friday @ The Hill College… with a Twist! 🏑

Our staff and students proudly swapped their usual Bokke Friday spirit into a special send-off today, wearing their South African supporter jerseys and hats to wish our Principal, Rodney Pettitt, bon voyage ahead of his departure to Belgium.
Mr Pettitt has been selected to represent South Africa at the Masters Hockey World Cup, where he will compete as part of one of the South African Masters hockey teams.
We are incredibly proud of this outstanding achievement and wish him every success as he flies the South African flag on the international stage.
Good luck, Mr Pettitt – The Hill College is behind you all the way! 🇿🇦🏑

Bleeding for the right reason ❤️
A sincere thank you to all The Hill College staff and students who contributed to yet another successful blood drive at the college today, as part of our social responsibility outreach in partnership with the South African National Blood Service (SANBS).
With the current critical shortage of blood nationally, every donation truly matters. We are proud of our community for stepping up and making a meaningful difference, one donation at a time.

🌿 A heartfelt THANK YOU to the Nelson Mandela Metro Baakens Valley Nature Reserve staff – including the dedicated Park Rangers and Environmental Educator – for sharing the beauty of the reserve with our Grade 10 and 11 learners earlier this week.

In today’s technology-driven world, it’s easy to forget the treasures nature offers right on our doorstep. Our learners not only enjoyed the stunning surroundings but also got in a refreshing light cardio workout!

We truly value this opportunity and look forward to working together in the future to help protect and preserve the fauna and flora of the Baakens Valley Nature Reserve. 🌱💚
