Throughout his tenure, he has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to academic excellence, learner development, and the overall growth of our school community.

As he assumes this new position, we are confident that his vision, experience, and passion for education will continue to steer Khumbulani High School towards even greater heights.

Following a directive issued by the Eastern Cape Department of Education regarding severe weather conditions affecting parts of the province, parents and learners are advised that classes will be suspended from Wednesday, 03 June 2026 to Thursday, 04 June 2026 in identified high-risk areas. This precautionary measure has been taken in response to weather warnings predicting heavy rainfall, flooding of roads and settlements, possible infrastructure damage, and hazardous travelling conditions.

Parents are encouraged to ensure that learners remain indoors and avoid crossing flooded roads, bridges, streams or other dangerous areas.

The school will communicate alternative dates for examinations through the school's official communication channels where applicable.

Further communication regarding the resumption of classes and any additional arrangements will be shared through the school's official page and educator-managed WhatsApp groups.

Stay safe and take all necessary precautions.
