Kaigan Aikido Dojo is a new club in Port Elizabeth South Africa, which opened in September 2014 upon completion of our wonderful dojo. Aikido is a beautiful yet effective martial art based on being in harmony with oneself, ones attacker and the universe. It utilizes spiral movements to disarm or off balance an attacker and joint manipulation, locks , pins and throws to gain control.
