Have you heard of the turtle theory? I think we could all learn a thing or two from it...some days I feel behind then I remember:
Stop watching other people's lanes.
You don't have to be the fastest. You just got to keep moving.
Heart on your path.
The shore doesn't disappear because someone else got there first.
Slow and steady still gets you home.
Slow doesn't mean lost.
So breath. Keep going. Trust your own timing.
