We have an opening within our editorial team that covers schools’ netball as well as athletics.

𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

• Must have own safe workspace, anywhere in South Africa
• Must have own stable and reliable internet connection
• Must be proficient in English, Afrikaans, and/or Xhosa
• Any relevant tertiary studies will be an advantage

• Passion for sports and a keen interest in the stories beyond the scores
• Excellent standard of grammar and spelling

• Strong interpersonal skills for conducting interviews and building connections within the sports community
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box for unique story angles
• Adaptability to evolving trends in sports journalism and digital media
