🦠🚨 Protect Your Little Ones from Hand, Foot & Mouth Disease! 🚨🦠

Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease (HFMD) is a highly contagious viral infection that mainly affects infants and young children. It spreads quickly, especially in crèches and daycare centers.

✅ Know the Symptoms: Fever, sore throat, painful mouth sores, and blisters on hands, feet, and buttocks.
✅ Prevention is Key: Wash hands often, disinfect surfaces, and avoid close contact with infected individuals.
✅ Treatment: There’s no specific cure, but relief includes pain relievers, saltwater gargles, and staying hydrated (avoid orange juice!).

Let’s work together to keep our children safe and healthy! Share this message and spread awareness, not the virus! 💛👶🏽
