Incorporated in January 2005, 2XU is driven by a relentless company mission to advance human performance through the development of world-leading athletic garments. In its first year, 2XU graced the skin of multiple World Champion athletes and has since formed powerful alliances and key partnerships with World Champions across the globe in numerous sporting niches. Designed and tested in consultation with leading industry experts and sporting institutes, all 2XU garments employ intelligent physiological design, cutting edge performance fabrics and construction. From the elite athlete driving their body to its limits, to the weekend warrior out to achieve personal goals, 2XU provides the equipment required to take the human form to the best it can be. Founded and based in Melbourne, Australia; 2XU now boasts vast international distribution and is fast becoming the most technical sports brand in the world.

2XU South Africa:

Louis and Mariette approached 2XU (pronounced two times you) in Australia in 2007, at that stage Louis was just getting involved in triathlon and good quality triathlon clothing weren't easily available in South Africa. After some negotiations and meetings with the Australian team, they secured the rights to import and distribute 2XU into South Africa, and that was the start of their business, Designer Sports Marketing. The couple are extremely passionate about the brand and have grown it from strength to strength and today they are proud to be one of South Africa's leading triathlon brands. The technology, research and energy that 2XU put into developing this product is evident the first time you try on a 2XU garment.

At 49 years young, I am learning to respect my body .
