Aikido classes for kids resume tonight!
Tiger class ( ages 4-8) at 4:45-5:15pm, and Dragon class (ages 9-14) at 5:15-6pm. We are currently accepting some new students. Aikido is a martial art that redirects an attackers energy using various joint locks and pins and throws in order to gain control of your opponent. Benefits include: discipline, core strength, improved posture, fitness, self defense ability and of course lots of fun! If your kids are keen to try it WhatsApp me on 0844470313.

Kaigan is splitting the kids classes into 2 separate age group classes from tomorrow 4 Nov 2021, due to overwhelming interest. The age 4-7 group will be at 4:45-5:15pm ( Mondays and Thursdays), and the 7-14 group at 5:15-6pm( Mondays and Thursdays). This now means we will have space for a couple more children in each class.
