Kwa Magxaki Dwellers

Taking initiative we believe is seeing a solution not problems and with the assistance of one of our locaI business people the dwellers we're able to serve Got Soup to clinic patients this morning.

We’d like to thank Mrs Matsolo and Her Team for the initiate and the dwellers for the support and voluntary spirit.

Together we Stand

Kwamagxaki Dwellers Forum was established on the 8th of May 2019. Born from the brainchild of Manelisi Maqethuka to pursue Backyard dwellers Housing program in an urban community such as Kwamagxaki.When it was introduced to the Community at a meeting held in Kaulela Street Park the community loved it and expanded the idea to also Combat crime, Develop skills and advocate education amongst the youth, promote positive recreational activities and follow up on service delivery.

A Committe was electected by the people to serve the people and give direction on initiatives serving our objectives and also protect our elderly and children in Kwamagxaki and sorrounding areas.Protect from hunger,crime,abuse and also protect their dignity.Manelisi Maqethuka was elected as Chairperson,Gugulethu Mancotywa Spokesperson,Zelda Ngxiki and Ayanda Fibi Secretaries.

We have had Intergrated Programs to realise our Objectives and create the spirit of Ubuntu to discourage negative aspects growing in our community.
