We may not have been able to hold OE Day due to persistent dam filling rain but that doesn't mean that the experiential learning hasn't taken place. The secret is presenting THE WALL Woodridge College & Preparatory School as a problem the team must solve to conquer, and not coaching any particular techniques. Listen to the planning, encouragement, motivating, kindness.....look at the persisting, mistakes, (1 step back, 2 steps forward), progress, successes, grit, toughness and more from these girls. If the facilitator treats it like a 'set piece' and coaches to a set technique, you may get quicker at the process but your team will certainly not grow in so many wonderful ways.
