The Clinic nurses will be at Hill Cross next week *Wednesday,*

They will give as needed the following:

* Deworm
* Measle injection

They need the following:
* *Consent form*
* *Clinic book*

Children who are on holiday can get a consent form from the school to fill in. Will send a photo of the form given to us.
