There should be an article in the herald newspaper tomorrow about the parvo virus outbreak in zwelingdana (seaview) and the fact that the metro has now known for a week and implemented no measures to prevent the spread -the impact could extend to hundreds of dogs and other mammals (incl wildlife) I urge you to share on all social media platforms - the bigger the uproar the more likely something will be done - please help and share

I have chatted to my staff who confirm dogs are dying at Seaview. have put sanitizer by my gate (inside my property) so my staff can sanitize there shoes and hands when they come in from Seaview. I also had my dogs yearly vacs updated today.

Abantu Environmental Services (Pty) Ltd has been appointed by Gwaca Consulting on behalf of the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality (NMBM) as the independent Environmental Assessment Practitioners (EAP) to conduct the environmental impact assessment process. This notice wishes to inform interested and affected parties of the subject line mentioned application by the municipality and to invite you to lodge comments on this proposed development, in particular the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) which is available for public comment
from 05 August – 07 September 2026.

Public meetings will be held as follows:
