Vision4 Women mourns the passing of Gigi Mesani, our very first Head Programme Coordinator, who served with distinction from 2012 to 2014.
Gigi played a pivotal role in laying a solid foundation for our mentorship programme. Through her leadership and strong professional networks, she helped establish key partnerships that continue to benefit the organisation to this day.
Her dedication, strategic input, and commitment to excellence set a standard that has guided the programme over the years.
We extend our deepest condolences to her family, colleagues, and all who were touched by her life and work. Her legacy remains deeply woven into the fabric of Vision4 Women.
Rest in peace, Gigi.

Our recent class camp with the amazing Grade 12 girls was nothing short of transformational!
We poured into them through impactful sessions on:
Smart Decision Making, University Preparation. Workplace Readiness – CV Writing & Job Interview Skills, Study Techniques
The camp was a beautiful blend of learning, reflection, fun, and pampering, from indoor and outdoor team activities to soul-nourishing self-care moments.
A heartfelt THANK YOU to:
DESRAC for the beautiful and safe campsite
Zuhlume Catering for the delicious meals
Our incredible Destiny Helpers for being present, guiding, and leading with such heart.
Our passionate facilitators – Yolanda Ngubelanga, Connie Hoffman, Tremaine Hoffman, Virginia Solomon, and Gwen Matshaya for bringing wisdom and warmth to every session.
A special highlight was the book review of “The Gift Within” authored by our visionary founder Nosi Ncoyo. Deep gratitude to the generous donor who gifted each girl with her own copy – what a powerful moment of affirmation and inspiration!
