Loving the Ahl al-Bayt (the Prophet’s family) 🤝 Following the Sunnah.
Today on Ashura, we acknowledge the tragic martyrdom of Sayyidina Hussain (RA). He is a major role model for young Muslims everywhere for his courage and bravery.
While we hold immense love for him in our hearts, we don’t participate in innovations (bid’ah) or gatherings of extreme mourning. Why? Because the Prophet (ﷺ) explicitly discouraged those practices, and true love means following the guidelines of our Deen without adding our own rules.
We remember the history, we take the lessons of courage, and we stick strictly to the Sunnah. Clean and simple. 💯

🐏Assalamu Alaikum Dear Parents & Students,🪴
🪷*Eid Mubarak*! Taqabbalallahu minna wa minkum (May Allah accept it from us and from you). May Allah reward every single one of us for our sacrifices during these sacred days! ✨

As we look at our daily efforts to sacrifice our time for ilm (knowledge) and deen, we realize how small it is compared to the monumental sacrifice of Prophet Ibrahim (AS). Yet, it is this very spirit of obedience that we strive to build in our students.

💡Let’s remember this powerful reminder from the Quran about what truly matters:
_”Their meat will not reach Allah, nor will their blood, but what reaches Him is piety from you.”_
— Surah Al-Hajj
It’s all about the taqwa in our hearts and sincerely upholding our deen in everything we do! ❤️
*🔊 Final Push for Takbeer-at-Tashreeq!*
Let’s keep our tongues moist with the remembrance of Allah until the very end! The Takbeeraat conclude tomorrow, Saturday, 30th May, right after Asr Salat.
Make sure the kids are reciting proudly after every Fard prayer:
“Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, La ilaha illallahu Wallahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Wa lillahil hamd.”

📌📌📌🗓️ Quick Notice: No Classes Tomorrow
There will be NO classes tomorrow, Saturday, 30th May, so everyone can fully enjoy the final day of Eid with family.
Enjoy the rest of your celebrations, stay safe, and keep the Ummah in your duas!

🌙✨ The best day of the week in the best days of the year!

Did you know why the 10 days of Dhul Hijjah are so special?

The great scholar Ibn Hajar writes that these days are unmatched because they bring together every major root of worship: Prayer, Fasting, Charity, and Pilgrimage; something that never happens at any other time of the year. When Jummuah blesses us during this window, the rewards are amplified. Make every moment count today!

✨Remember to recite surah kahf , amplify your rewards by fulfilling the Friday Sunnahs.

✨ Planting Seeds of Aqeedah. Growing Muslim Leaders. ✨

The Prophet ﷺ said: “When a man dies, his deeds come to an end except for three: A continuous charity, knowledge by which people benefit, or a pious child who prays for him.” (Sahih Muslim) 🤍

At the *Young Muslim Academy*, we are on a mission to shape the hearts of our youth, grounding them in pure Aqeedah and a fierce, unapologetic love for their Muslim identity. 🛡️💪

When you support our fundraiser at the upcoming Eid Souk, you aren’t just buying lunch; you are investing in a *Sadaqah Jariyah* that protects the future of our Ummah! 🌍🌱

On the Menu:

This Saturday we traded the four walls of the classroom for the vast open air today . Standing beneath these turbines and over looking the dam immersed in the power and creation of Allah Ta’ala ; we are reminded that even the wind is a servant of the Creator, moving by His command to provide for us. Exploring the intersection of science, sustainability, and faith through Aqeedah, tafsir , history and fiqh.

“And it is He who sends the winds as good tidings before His mercy, and We send down pure water from the sky.” — Surah Al-Furqan 25:48
