It's a phrase we often hear from Leanie Strydom, and yesterday she lived it every step of the way as she completed the Comrades Marathon.

What an incredible display of determination, resilience and perseverance. Congratulations on an outstanding achievement, Leanie. We are so proud of you!

A heartfelt thank you to local author Jennifer Lindridge for her generous donation of a signed copy of her latest book, "Good Night, South Africa", along with a beautiful elephant plush toy for the Grey Junior Library.

"Good Night, South Africa" is Jennifer’s third book to find a home on our library shelves. Written as a lyrical love letter to South Africa and beautifully illustrated by Jennifer herself, the book is filled with enchanting imagery that celebrates the wonder of our country.

We are certain this special addition will be enjoyed and treasured by many Grey boys for years to come. Thank you, Jennifer, for sharing your talent and love of storytelling with our school community.
