A little overdue, but earlier this year I had the good fortune to spend time with the housekeeping team of Faith, Hope and Love accommodation group.

Such a refreshing time. Many are seasoned housekeepers with many years of housekeeping and hospitality experience, yet they embraced every moment of the course. Congratulations to all the ladies.

Well done to lovely Juliet for completing the Maid to Flourish Housekeeper Training course.

Lot's of laughs were had...can you guess? Yes!! Folding the fitted sheet as always, is one for the books.

Such a great time doing a little bit of office housekeeping training. This was a bit different, not only are these ladies responsible for keeping the offices and public areas clean, they also interact with customers regularly.

This was a great opportunity to teach some life skills which will never date...smile, stand tall, eye contact and acknowledge visitors to your premises.

First impressions count😉
