Protection Officer graduating with third qualification
Protection Officer at Mandela University Ntombovuyo Ntshangase is graduating this year with her third qualification, a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning.
Ntombovuyo, who matriculated at Huku High School in Mount Frere, has already graduated with a Human Resource Management Diploma in 2022 and an Advanced Diploma in HR in 2023.
“I was always dreaming of studying, so the University’s staff study benefits made this dream a reality,” she says.
She also mentions that she studied for all three qualifications together with working 12-hour shifts.
Currently, she is busy upskilling herself with short courses, such as computer skills and frontline management at the Business School.
“So, I always hope and have faith that my future employer will recognise the importance of knowledge and being versatile, having all these skills in the bag.
Her dream job is to work in Human Resources with employee benefits as these are crucial for employee satisfaction. “I pray that I can be employed in Human Resources so that I can put theory into practice.
