📢 ZAMO RISING STARS INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY

Are you a young person looking to gain hospitality skills and workplace exposure? This programme is designed to equip you with practical knowledge, professionalism, and confidence to enter the hospitality industry.

✅ HOW THE 8-WEEK PROGRAMME WILL RUN:

📍 Weeks 1–5: Online Theory (45 minutes per week)
Theory sessions will be conducted online via Zoom / Microsoft Teams / WhatsApp Video (depending on availability).
Topics include customer service, communication, hospitality standards, table setup, service ethics, and professionalism.

📍 Week 6: In-Person Practical Training (4 hours)
Hands-on training including tray carrying, plate carrying, taking orders, serving, clearing, and fine dining basics.

📍 Weeks 7–8: Workplace Exposure / Restaurant Placement
Learners will be placed for practical exposure through our partner restaurants. Placement will take place over two weekends.

🍽️ We currently have partnerships with 10 restaurants, and placement is limited to 1 learner per restaurant.

📌 PLEASE NOTE:
Workplace exposure is for training purposes and does not guarantee employment. However, learners who perform well may be considered for part-time or full-time opportunities, depending on the restaurant.

📘 INCLUDED IN REGISTRATION:
An online copy of my training manual manuscript:
“Service to Success – Waitron Training Manual for South African Youth”

🎓 Learners will receive a Non-Accredited Certificate of Attendance upon completion.

💰 FEES:
Full Programme Fee: R1000
Deposit to secure your spot: R500
⚠️ Full payment must be completed before the practical training session.

Attendance is compulsory and learners must complete the full course in order to qualify for practical training and placement.
