How do people know they grow

Ahhh.mmm.hhm. I think like they measure their height and also see the way they think might differ...what i don't know is how is going to be like if the way uve changed thinking is not better then how u used too.....

Sometimes we must look at disappointments because it might not be a disappoint at the end of the day🤷‍♂️ I don't know how some people keep on helping those that once have disappoint them like I don't remember someone doing me wrong when they need help again ,why I don't I remember is another post . Why must we remember being disappointed?
My brother always shared this reason to me" if I don't remember being disappointed by someone but then I do something for them again , they will not disappoint me again.

What can I do to know trust in South Africa besides trusting God what other trust is there for us people? Faith ?
Love?
Humility?
Dilegence?
Respect?
Care?
