WE'RE HIRING | PROFESSIONAL DRIVER

Ama Training Skills and Development Centre is looking for a professional, responsible, and safety-conscious Driver to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting learners safely and on time between our training sites/fields, classrooms, and accommodation while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and road safety.

Minimum Requirements:
✅ Valid South African Driver's Licence (Code 10 with PrDP will be an added advantage)
✅ Minimum of 2 years' professional driving experience
✅ Clean driving record
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
✅ Knowledge of local routes and road safety regulations
✅ Ability to work flexible hours when required

Key Responsibilities:
• Transport learners safely to and from training venues and accommodation.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections before and after trips.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, roadworthy, and well maintained.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Report any vehicle defects or incidents immediately.
• Maintain accurate trip and mileage records.
• Provide excellent customer service to learners and staff.

WE ARE HIRING – RECEPTIONIST

Ama Training Skills and Development Centre is looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organised Receptionist to join our growing team.

As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while providing excellent administrative and customer service support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist visitors professionally.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
- Manage appointments and maintain office records.
- Perform general administrative and data capturing duties.
- Keep the reception area clean and organised.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements:

- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
- A qualification in Office Administration or a related field will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook), email and use of internet.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous reception or administrative experience is an added advantage.
