The Rugby Club had a meeting with the westenburg high school SGB tonight. I must say, after dealing with the school for more the 7 years, I really think the school is on it's way in the right direction and that it's in safe hands under the leadership of Mr Eugene Lyle and Mrs Betty Boom. I'm very optimistic that things will change for the better very soon.
It's now up to us as a community to look at how we can support them. I'm sure each one of us can make some sort of contribution/ difference at the school.
Keep it up Mr Lyle and Mrs Boom.

Nelson Mandela build a school in my neighbourhood 'Westenburg' back in the day, he could have been anywhere in the World but instead he made time to visit and funded for Good Hope Primary inorder for Our kids to have an education. At the time it did not mean much to me as he stood there and gave a speech but now that I see the impact he has had on the World i realize now that it has been an honour and priviliage to have lived in his time and also to have seen him and hear his voice... May Your soul rest in peace Madiba. Love You
