Dia van Staden - Director and Coach: From English and Drama Teacher, to a variety of careers: Retail, Journalism, Business Mentorship, Public Relations Officer, Fundraiser, Radio- and television presenting, Trainer to Project and Festival Owner. She engages and ignites audiences and small group sessions with amazing results. She specializes in emotional intelligence, communication and neuro coaching. Dia’s love for people and the development of their unique skills and personalities, remain her focus.

Student Manager: Refiloe Mphahlele is a talented, charitable fashion designer with formal training in the field of Fashion design (Gordon Flack Davison Design Emporium) and Strategic Sales Management (Gazing Performance). A former Miss Limpopo winner, Refiloe has been involved in several community projects such as the Big Spinn, the Matric Farewell Dress Gift Box and the Limpopo Prom Night. Her experience is in the area of micro business development, general education training and community outreach. “Our world is rapidly changing, not only do we have to concede with artificial intelligence disrupting the labour landscape but also with global citizenship and the shrinkage of time. These are exciting times for the development of African human capital and I am enthusiastic about working with Milestone Life Skills Centre in shaping these leaders.”
