FORMER STUDENTS OF UNIVERSITY OF LIMPOPO TO ELECT NEW EXCO

Former students (Alumni and Convocation) of the University of Limpopo will elect their new Executive Committee on Saturday, 11 June 2016. The event which will take place in the University’s R40 Conference Hall at 11h00, aims to re-establish UL Alumni and Convocation. The alumni will further reminisce about their university years, rekindle, re-invigorate friendships and be informed of the University’s latest developments.

Prof Mahlo Mokgalong, Vice-Chancellor and Principal says: “Both present and former students are all what matters to any university as they forever fulfil a significant role in the life of a university. This is why the University of Limpopo (UL) takes pride in its students and alumni.”

Mokgalong says the alumni are not only the mark of their own personal academic success but also the success the institution has achieved in moulding and shaping men and women whose remarkable contributions in societies cannot go unnoticed. “Therefore, all the alumni and convocation members are encouraged to attend this august occasion.”
