The general experience of stakeholders with regard to the event.
Stakeholders will have an effect on or be plagued by the organisation’s actions, objectives and policies. Some samples of key stakeholders are creditors, directors, employees, government, suppliers, sponsors, and also the community.
The stakeholders who are involved in the above mentioned-event at Tlabo Jan Maputla pre- school are Employees, Volunteers, Sponsors, Government and the community. The employees play a very important role because they contribute to the social and educational development of children under their supervision by participating in activities such as reading and playing games. They also manage children’s behaviour when alone and interacting with other children and supervise children’s hygiene routines. They are responsible for the safety of infants, toddlers, and younger children. They are also responsible for their well-being which includes feeding meals, supervising playtime, calming children down, and offering nap times.
The government provides the children with money to buy food after every 3 months so they make things easy for the parents as they don’t have to prepare lunch boxes for their kids. The government also provides toys that the kids can play with as well as the books to read and write. The government provided the crèche with money to buy food that will be enough for all people during the above mentioned event so that the event could be a success. The camera man was also arranged by the government who was taking the pictures for children.
The community played an important role to the success of the event because they left their homes, left their jobs, left whatever that they were doing to come and support the children and to attend the event. Their presence made the children very happy and it gave them the power to perform their activities with no doubts and with no shame because they wanted to show people what they are capable of and things went very well. The support is the only thing that the children needed the most and which is what they got.
There are people who also decided to provide a sponsorship during the event, they bought their toilets because they knew people who will be attending the events are going to be many so they just didn’t want people to wait lines in order to get in the toilets and they were very helpful because the crèche only had two toilets which was never going to be enough for all the people who attended the event.
