Entry Requirements: National Senior Certificate ( Grade 12) or National Certificate Vocational NC (V) L4 Certificate with a minimum pass rate of 33% in Mathematics/ Mathematics Literacy and English.

Duration: 12 Months | Learners rotate between time spent at College and the time spent in Industry.

We are delighted to inform you that South Cape TVET College will be offering the Professional Cookery programme at the Knysna High School in Knysna from 1 March 2024.This exciting opportunity is open to all individuals who are passionate about pursuing a career in the culinary arts and are eager to develop their skills in the field of professional cookery.

The programme will accommodate a limited number of 15 students.
