The 5-Minute Rule: Tell yourself to study for just five minutes. Starting is the hardest part; once you begin, it is easy to keep going.

Micro-Goals: Break large assignments into tiny, easy tasks. Check them off one by one for a quick rush of success.

Put Phone Away: Keep your phone in another room while working to protect your brain from fast digital distractions.

Celebrate Effort: Be proud of how hard you tried, not just the final grade you received.

Grade 8(Khazimla, Okuhle and Praise) and Grade 9 (James, Mhlomhle and Joseph) learners proudly represented our school at the Bitou Spelling Stars Competition. The competition was organised by the Bitou 10 Foundation with Kwanokuthula High competing against Plett Sekonder and Wittedrift High! 🐝🏆
