That's why learning how to overcome stage fright as a performer (of any kind) is so important. I've seen soany brilliant singers turn their backs on music because of stage fright, and of all the reasons to stop making music, this one breaks my heart the most.

In general, stage fright is a colloquial term used to describe performance anxiety, presentation anxiety, or the fear of public speaking.
While everyone experiences the anxiety differently, common stage fright symptoms include:
Excessive dread or worry about the event
