Empowering the Future of Infrastructure

Job Creation Programme (JCP) is a cutting-edge training provider based in Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal, with operational reach across Gauteng municipalities. Specialising in infrastructure and public works development, we deliver large-scale training interventions in high-demand trades.

We are currently rolling out a national training initiative to upskill 8,000 learners across South Africa. The programme includes:

Roadworks Skills Programme (7,000 learners)

National Construction Contracting Programme (1,000 learners)

Training is conducted using a platoon-based model to ensure high-impact, high-rotation practical exposure and theory integration.

Our programmes are supported by advanced learner and project tracking systems, built in collaboration with seasoned subject matter experts, educational strategists, and municipal stakeholders.

📢 Calling all experienced facilitators in Roadworks and National Construction Contracting!
The Job Creation Programme (JCP) is delivering one of South Africa’s most extensive skills development rollouts — and we want you on the team.

We’re looking for registered, qualified facilitators to deliver accredited training in:

Roadworks Skills Programme

National Construction Contracting Skills Programme (NQF-aligned)

📍 Location: Various municipalities in Gauteng
🧑‍🏫 Duration: Project-based, with multiple training cycles under a platoon system
🛠 Requirements:

Registered with CETA
Proven track record in civil infrastructure training

Strong classroom and site facilitation skills

Able to manage high learner volumes with effective reporting
