We are proud that yesterday, our CEO, Vela Mtshali, represented Bonakude as a panellist on the High-Level Panel, "Barriers Limiting SMP and SME Growth Globally and in Africa", at the inaugural PAFA Africa Conference for SMPs & SMEs.

The discussion explored the barriers limiting the growth of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Small and Medium Practices (SMPs) across Africa, while highlighting practical solutions to strengthen the ecosystem.

Vela shared Bonakude’s journey from an owner-dependent practice to a systems-driven firm, emphasizing the importance of collaboration, strategic partnerships, technology, and advisory capabilities in building resilient, future-ready practices.

A sincere thank you to PAFA, the moderator, George Mokua, and fellow panellists James Musabe, Sylvie Monette, and Nomkhosi Khwela for an engaging and insightful discussion.
