The primary responsibilities for this office encompass a wide variety of strategic technology issues: governance and policy, resource allocation, information technology protocols, etc. Michael uses technology to provide practical solutions for industrial projects, delivery of IT infrastructure and services, information security systems and compliance, administrative systems, and client support services. Michael spent 5 years With Core, an Apple initiative as their Business Distribution Manager.

He holds a Diploma of Theology with counselling as major and is also a Certified Apple Certified Support Professional. His interest includes Herpetology, the study of reptiles, chelonians and amphibians and has been working with reptiles and amphibians for the last 12 years. He has published various interest pieces in magazines and newspapers and has also completed two books. Michael strives to build trust and strong long term relationships with customers.
