Kids at Home Kids@home Early Learning Centre is registered with the WCED. We are pre-school based in Pinelands.

Your Child will develop and grow, make new friends and meet new people. We acknowledge your Child as capable and resourceful and recognize that development and learning are a lifelong process, which, to a large extent, is influenced by the interactions and relationships with others and the opportunities and possibilities provided for your Child. We value play as being the most valuable context in which Children learn both cognitively and socially. We also recognize that rich play experiences can lay a strong foundation for the years ahead, including helping your Child to become a confident learner. We Strive to:
- Encourage pure, wholesome moral values
- Encourage a respect and sensitivity for differences
- Recognise the rights of others to pursue their own religious beliefs

KIDS@HOME TAKES ON 90.8 ATSG

What an exciting experience! Our Kids@Home children had the opportunity to step into the 90.8 Cape Town studio and experience the magic of radio.

From putting on the headphones and speaking into the microphone to exploring what happens behind the scenes — our little stars absolutely loved being behind the mic!

It was such a wonderful opportunity to encourage:
-Communication & language skills
-Confidence in speaking
-Listening skills
-Self-expression
…Trying something new and exciting!

There were plenty of smiles, laughs and a few “ON AIR!” moments along the way! ❤️

Who knows… perhaps we have some future radio presenters in the making! 😉🎙️

From our very first panda learner… to this.
Two years ago, Amirah walked into our panda class as a tiny little one just starting her journey. Today she sits independently with a book on her lap, pointing at the pictures, naming the animals, and counting the bunnies all by herself.
“She’s a bunny… one, two, three… seven, eight, nine, ten!”
Watching her grow into a confident little reader and counter has been one of the sweetest parts of this journey. We’re so proud of you, Amirah. Look how far you’ve come 💕
