Doing your nails is the only thing that you do mostly for yourself (approval) because unlike appearance (hair, make-up, clothing etc) which you can see only when you look in the mirror, it is mostly other people who enjoy it. Getting your nails done is a game changer because you get to see them every time, it's you doing it for you and that is a big confidence booster.

There is something about getting your nails done that makes you feel more feminine than ever.
