FIRST TIME HOME BUYER SUBSIDY.

The First Home Finance subsidy application window is now open!

Opens: 3 August 2026 at 08:00
Closes: 5 October 2026 at 17:00

Subsidy Origination Partners and individual applicants must ensure all required supporting documents are submitted. Incomplete applications will be rejected and will need to be resubmitted during the application window.

Please note:

• No new applications will be accepted outside the open application window.
• Future application windows will be announced on NHFC and First Home Finance official channels.
• Pre-Approval and Disbursement functions remain available throughout both open and closed application periods.

For NHBRC-Registered Home Builders:

New applications may only be submitted once 80% of approved houses have been completed.

Submissions must also align with your NHBRC Provisional P-Factor as reflected on your valid NHBRC certificate.
