We wrapped up the term with a road trip to the Mushroom Farm for a well-earned pizza adventure.

It was the perfect way to celebrate all the hard work and progress from Term 1 — with good food and plenty of laughs.

We wrapped up Term 1 with an adventure to CryptIQ in the Midlands, where we took on the Vanished escape room.

It was a challenging experience, with the mystery of Sherlock Holmes and Dr Watson pushing us to use every bit of brain power we had! After plenty of clever thinking, teamwork, dressing up, and a good dose of neurospicy flair, we successfully solved the mystery and escaped the room.

I’m pretty sure we even cracked a few clues that weren’t meant for us!

It was such a fun and memorable way to end the term — we will definitely be back for another escape room adventure.

2026 has truly begun with a bang, with The Tutor House welcoming four new students into our neurospicy family. We are so excited for what the rest of the year holds.

This year, we are navigating Grade 12 alongside various levels of the GED programme, and Term 1 has already made me incredibly proud of each student’s progress and achievements.
